As such I approached them to complete probate in hope that they also offered this service to the same high standards. They did and I was not disappointed. K4Law Nick Foreman and his team were utter professionals, from the moment they answered my original phone call until the exchange of deeds, all I came into contact offered a 5 star service. I was purchasing a lease hold property with that came additional complications. Nick Foreman and his personal meticulous attention to detail ensured I received the correct legal advise securing me additional indemnity insurance at no extra cost prior to contracts being exchanged. Other less experience solicitors may have missed this. All in all an excellent conveyance service.

This is a highly proficient legal team, that will pursue your case with the upmost integrity and efficiency (writing from experience). I had a tenant with substantial amount of arrears and was not vacating. Kishani managed to get me an arrears and possession order within a matter of few months. I was updated promptly and all my post resolution queries were answered satisfactorily. The services received were impeccable and I would highly recommend this firm, with eyes closed.
